Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under certain conditions. To be eligible for a refund, clients must request it within 30 days of the purchase or service delivery date. Refunds will be considered based on the nature of the services provided, including issues such as dissatisfaction with the final result or a failure to deliver services as promised.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, clients must contact MindOutlook within 30 days of the service delivery date. Refund requests should be submitted via email to info@mindoutlook.co.in or through the contact form on our website. The request must include the details of the service, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation or evidence related to the claim.
Service-Specific Refunds
Certain services, such as consultations, workshops, and digital marketing campaigns, may have specific terms and conditions regarding refunds. Services that have already been provided or partially delivered may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, MindOutlook will work with clients to resolve any issues or provide alternative solutions.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive a refund request, it will be reviewed by our team. If the request is approved, refunds will typically be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that any fees associated with payment processing may not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
There are certain items and services that are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to:
- Services delivered in full as per the agreement.
- Custom or personalized services.
- Fees paid for consultation or advisory services.
Exceptions
In some cases, MindOutlook may make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and client satisfaction. We aim to be fair and reasonable in handling all refund requests.
